Services are available in New Jersey and New York. Olga Zabludovsky and Marianna Sarkissova are both finance industry executive professionals. They bring with them a combined 30 plus years of a leadership experience at Fortune 500 financial services companies dealing with different types of conflict and dispute resolution. Their co-mediation approach allows for their diverse backgrounds to come together during each mediation helping to keep the process on track and achieving positive results in a less destructive and more comforting environment.
