Oran Kaufman is an attorney and mediator providing unique mediation services in the areas of divorce, separation, post-divorce, estate disputes and guardianship. Oran is certified by the Massachusetts Council on Family Mediation and is an advanced Practitioner with ACR and APFM. Oran is owner and founder of Amherst Mediation Services and founder of ConflictWorks. Having practiced family law in the probate courts of Massachusetts since 1989 and practiced as a mediator since 1994, Oran is uniquely qualified to help clients navigate their way to a divorce or settlement family disputes through mediation.
