I provide mediation services for Workplace and Community conflicts between employees, and organizational leaders. I support organizations in the public sector, private sector and non-profits, with mediation services for employees in conflict, as well as pre and post mediations regarding workplace investigations, with pre-mediations to resolve an issue before a formal investigation, and post mediation to help employees re-establish professional working conditions together after an investigation. I have 25 + years of experience in Employee Relations which include conflict resolution, workplace investigations, performance management and labor relations. Additionally, I have acheieved extensive formal mediator training. Thus, my mediation skills come with an extensive background around managing conflict in investigations, which involve major conflict, and other Employee Relations issues which involves extensive work with people in conflict.
