Daniel Baldwin is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator and Qualified Arbitrator, as well as a Florida Wind certified Umpire, a FEMA certified Flood Adjuster and a certified General Adjuster. Daniel previously served as a Florida Dispute Resolution Center (DRC) faculty member lecturing on effective negotiation skills and diversity in mediation at the annual Arbitrators & Mediators conference. Dan has served as an Investigator for the Mediator Qualifications Board (MQB) and served as a chair of the Florida Lemon Law arbitration panel for the Attorney General’s Office; St. Petersburg region. As a Third Party Neutral, he understands the challenges disputing parties face today and stands ready to assist with your dispute, whether it be: Business contracts, Consumer finance, Commercial finance, Insurance, Mortgage foreclosure, Risk management, Workplace/employment, Lemon law, General construction, or Real estate. Dan has published articles on arbitration best practices and holds multiple credentials and licenses in mediation, arbitration, insurance adjusting, and project management. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and is a certified multi-state licensed insurance claims adjuster.
