I am a member of the roster of neutrals for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennslvania, as well as both the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). I am able to offer a more effective and satisfactory mediation experience by limiting the number of engagements I accept and by drawing upon my 30 years of experience in litigating and mediating complex insurance and reinsurance matters.
