Robert “Bob” Flack brings a unique blend of legal and business expertise to his mediation practice. With a distinguished career as both an attorney and operating executive at innovative and technology-driven companies such as Edwards Lifesciences, TRW (Experian), Mattel, and Diageo, Bob offers clients a strategic perspective on conflict resolution. He began his legal journey with a successful self-representation in a jury trial, sparking a lifelong interest in the intersection of law, business management, and commerce. Over the years, Bob has come to value alternative dispute resolution (ADR) as a powerful and often preferable tool to litigation, emphasizing proactive conflict management and risk reduction as key business strategies. Bob has served as General Counsel for two emerging growth tech companies and has advised many others as outside counsel. His early legal career included roles at Stradling, Yocca, Carlson & Rauth (corporate law) and Levin & Hawes (IP litigation). He continues to handle matters relating to Corporate Transactions, Securities, Franchise Disputes, Intellectual Property, Financial Transactions, Crypto Currency, Technology Development and Personal Injury, both domestic and international.
