Craft Mediation Northwest was founded by former Assistant U.S. Attorney and Washington and Oregon plaintiffs’ employment law attorney, Robert S. Milesnick, J.D., almost two decades of employment law litigation, and as a trial attorney representing both plaintiffs and defendants in gender, sexual harassment, race, age, disability, national origin, pregnancy, religion, equal pay act, wage and hour violations, defamation, breach of contract, FMLA and whistleblower cases. He served as a U.S. Department of Justice EEO mediator for the Executive Office of United States Attorneys, and serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the Oregon Mediation Association.
