Darryl Horowitt was admitted to practice in 1981. Prior to forming Coleman & Horowitt, LLP, he was a partner of the Fresno, California firm of Lerrigo, Nibler, Berryman, Coleman & Bennett. Prior to moving to Fresno, Mr. Horowitt was engaged in private practice in Orange County, California. Darryl serves as an arbitrator (for FINRA Dispute Resolution, the Central California Better Business Bureau Dispute Resolution Center, and the Fresno and Madera County Superior Courts), and is listed in the ADR directory for the following county courts (Fresno, Kings, Madera and Merced). Darryl also mediates privately, as an early neutral evaluator for the United States District Court, Eastern District of California, and served as a special master in the United States District Court, Northern District of California. Darryl is a discovery referee and settlement officer for Fresno and Merced County Courts.
