Ty Zeller is an experienced attorney with more than 30 years of legal practice serving individuals, businesses, and municipalities across Texas. He is a retired attorney, rancher and real estate broker. His law practice was in corporate and business law, probate and estate planning, criminal defense, oil and gas and real estate. Ty began his career with Houston, Marek & Griffin L.L.P. of Victoria before opening his own firm in 1997. He has represented a wide range of clients including financial institutions, government entities, healthcare providers, and local businesses. A graduate of South Texas College of Law (J.D., 1989) and the University of Houston-Victoria (B.A.A.S., 1986, MAIS 2012), Ty is admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1989 and active in the State Bar College and Pro Bono College. He is a past president of the Calhoun County Lawyers Association and a leader in numerous civic and community organizations. In addition to his legal practice, Ty is a rancher, a descendant of “The Old Three Hundred” Austin Colony members, and the proud father of four children and nine grandchildren.
