Dennis Moskal practiced civil litigation for more than two decades in the state and federal courts in Western Pennsylvania, as well as other parts of the state. Dennis litigated many diverse types of cases and became familiar with all facets of litigation. In 2010, Dennis started his own firm, the Law Offices of Dennis M. Moskal, LLC, in the U.S. Steel Tower. For the last decade, he narrowed his practice to represent Plaintiffs (injured parties) with their employment cases, especially those unlawfully terminated from their jobs. He further narrowed his practice to focus on sexual harassment cases, as well as workplace disputes, discrimination, wage and hour, and personal injury. Dennis is a Certified Mediator in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and a Certified Fraud Examiner within the ranks of the international Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Dennis is a 1997 graduate of the Duquesne University School of Law, where he was ranked second in his class during his second year and earned the coveted Eleanor Polis Capone and Josephine McDonaugh scholarships.
