Our estate planning involves helping clients prepare wills and trusts that best suit their needs. Denton Whitney is a mediator and attorney, with over fifteen years of professional experience. He earned his law and MBA degrees from The Ohio State University and an undergraduate degree in economics and English from Brigham Young University. He loves collaborating with proactive clients on their trust, estate planning and administration, and business and contract needs. In addition to his mediation and estate and business law practice, Mr. Whitney regularly provides training on collaboration and conflict management. He has been an invited speaker and consultant for multiple multinational organizations and taught MBA courses in negotiation and business law at Otterbein University for fifteen years.
