Dr. Debra Dupree helps professionals manage blow-ups and master conflict. She is a renowned mediator, speaker and trainer with over 30 years’ experience in the field. As the former Director of Training for Mediation Training Institute (MTI), she designed and delivered training with MTI’s founder, Dr. Dan Dana, for lawyers, leaders, and human resource professionals throughout North America, Hong Kong, and Africa. She is well-known for extensive experience mediating Family and Workplace Issues, specializes in high conflict relationships, leadership disputes, and working with medical conditions (mental and physical health and well-being) in the workplace. Dr. Dupree also has a combined 15 years of experience serving on the faculty at California Western School of Law in dispute resolution, National University’s Certificate in Conflict Resolution program, and Ryokan College in advanced psychology and the neuroscience of behavior. She is a faculty member of the American Arbitration Association ( AAA), regularly contributing to their design and delivery of educational programs. She is a recognized member of the AAA Employment Law Mediation Panel. She regularly partners with Online Mediation Expert Susan Guthrie, Esq. and Distinguished Fellow Harold Coleman, Esq. in bringing the latest on advanced strategies to the legal community for both advocates and mediators. In serving her communities, Dr. Dupree was the former President of ADR-San Diego and currently serves on the Board for the Southern California Mediation Association (SCMA) as well as the Planning Committee for the American Bar Association (ABA) Dispute Resolution Section.
