Dr. Gary Clayton is a proven professional executive with over 40 years of experience in business start-ups, turnarounds, management, marketing, and sales of healthcare and technology products / services. Dr. Clayton specializes in helping clients identify effective solutions for their particular circumstances. Having owned and operated several successful ventures in healthcare, technology, food products and services, he is keenly aware of the inherent conflicts in the marketplace and the opportunities for resolution. He has significant arbitration and mediation experience with conflicts involving: Business agreements/contracts, Healthcare disputes, Finance and property disputes, Accident and injury, and Family matters. Dr. Clayton is actively involved with Dallas County's Dispute Resolution Center (DCDRC) as a mediator, with memberships that include TAM (Texas Association of Mediators), and TMCA (Texas Mediator Credentialing Association). He is an adjunct professor at Southern Methodist University (SMU) teaching mediation, negotiation, conflict systems design, research methods, and organizational consulting.
