Earl J. Acquaviva, Jr. is a Circuit Court Mediator, Arbitrator and Attorney at Law. As Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Human Resources Executive for Bally Total Fitness, Earl has a broad range of in-depth experience in legal, business and human resources. With his more than three decades at Bally Total Fitness, Earl has earned a reputation as an excellent negotiator, working diligently with front line employees, executives, and handling all aspects of the company’s business transactions. As Chief Litigation Officer, Earl attended all hearings, mediations, arbitrations and settlement conferences and is open to mediating all aspects of commercial / business matters, contract disputes, software agreements, consulting agreements, commercial real estate leases, discrimination, wage and hour disputes, personal injury, workers compensation, medical malpractice, legal malpractice and insurance coverage disputes. Along with being corporate counsel for Bally Total Fitness, Earl has been a Maryland Circuit Court Mediator since 2012.
