Elka Graham is the Founder and CEO of Graham Mediation and Consulting, LLC, a dispute resolution and mediation firm, helping individuals, businesses, and government organizations resolve their conflicts in a practical and efficient way. Elka received her mediation training in law school where she focused her legal education on alternative dispute resolution, mediation and negotiation. Following law school, Elka completed training in family/ divorce and foreclosure mediation and later became an arbitrator for the National Center for Dispute Settlement and FINRA the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. Elka brings a wealth of experience from various industries as a professional to her role as a Mediator and Arbitrator. With a commitment to facilitating effective communication and dispute resolution, she has successfully assisted individuals and businesses in finding fair and equitable solutions to their conflicts. Her approach is characterized by a neutral and professional demeanor, ensuring that all parties involved feel heard and respected throughout the mediation process. As a Mediator, her goal is to foster an environment of open dialogue, leading to mutually beneficial agreements.
