Elle Rave is a professionally trained and certified divorce and family mediator, practicing throughout the state of New Jersey. Following her own divorce, Elle was determined to help other families through the process. In situations where divorcing couples wish to co-exist and put the needs of the children first, mediation can use that goal as a beacon to guide negotiations. Elle has been a practicing mediator for many years and has a robust professional background in negotiations, public relations, and has been privileged to volunteer in her local community in many capacities as it relates to families and children. She is also committed to working with families who have been affected by a loved one’s addiction to drugs or alcohol. In that capacity, she has assisted spousal and family members as they seek help in moving forward.
