Mr. Eric Sternberger is a partner of Ragghianti Freitas LLP, and acts as outside general counsel to corporations, LLC’s and partnerships. Besides being a transactional attorney, Eric Sternberger maintains a complex business litigation practice dealing primarily with business disputes, shareholder disagreements and provides mediation services as both an advocate and a mediator, with an emphasis on business and employment disputes. As a mediator, Eric’s focus is on: Corporate disputes, Contract disputes, Partnership disputes, Shareholder disagreements, Securities disputes, Commercial real estate disputes, and Employment / Workplace disputes. In addition to his legal practice, Eric makes it a priority to volunteer and provide pro bono legal services where needed, and has served as a Marin County Commissioner, acting as Chair of the Adult Criminal Justice Commission advising the Marin County Board of Supervisors on all aspects of criminal justice prosecution and prevention.
