Gordon D. McAuley provides Zoom mediation services for litigation matters pending throughout the country. He is a former trial lawyer who specialized in civil litigation of business and real estate concerns, construction disputes, and who enjoys a national reputation as a litigator in matters of transportation law. After 42-years of litigation, he now continues his 27-year practice experience as a highly trained and skilled mediator, including 23-years as a certified mediator for assignments by the Federal District Court for the Northern District of California. Gordon is a frequent panel speaker before the Transportation Lawyers Association, the Association for Transportation Law, Logistics, and Policy and other transportation industry groups. Gordon has been serving as a mediator in more than 200 mediations and is recognized nationally as an expert in transportation law, having litigated cases involving airlines; motor, rail, ocean and household goods carriers; and logistics companies in contract and negligence litigation. Additionally, Gordon is a licensed private pilot, and has extensive experience in commercial real estate, insurance coverage and defense, construction disputes, ADA, personal injury, and housing code compliance.
