Greg Overstreet has practiced law for 30 years, starting in the big city, but then returning to a “small town mindset” and decided to practice law in a smaller community environment. Greg has a general civil practice and also serves as a mediator to resolve disputes without the expensive and time associated with litigation. Greg also assists attorneys from other states with their Montana cases by serving as local counsel. Greg’s ADR practice, Montana Mediations, facilitates matters for those that prefer to settle their disputes out of court, in a setting that permits the parties to move forward, even after the dispute is settled. Greg had participated in mediations for years as an attorney who advocated for mediation as a solution. Mediation is quickly replacing many types of court actions to resolve disputes.
