Jessica Lastarza is a collaborative divorce attorney, mediator and problem solver. She believes in resolving conflict peacefully and is passionate about assisting couples in effectively transitioning to the next phase of their lives in a self-determined way. Jessica takes her role as a mediator seriously to ensure the agreements her clients reach are durable, sustainable and meet the emotional and financial needs of the whole family. Jessica joined CT Divorce Mediation Center in December of 2019 with nearly two decades of experience as an attorney in the areas of family law matters, designing and drafting estate plans, and advising individuals and closely held businesses in tax, business, corporate, lending and real estate matters. Jessica received her divorce mediation training certification from the Connecticut Council for Non-Adversarial Divorce and her Collaborative divorce certificate from the Collaborative Practice Training Institute. Jessica is a member of The Connecticut Council for Non-Adversarial Divorce.
