As a mediator, Jon Adler assists clients with workplace conflict disputes and matters pertaining to the real estate industry. These include landlord- tenant disputes, condominium and homeowners' association disputes and buyer- tenant disputes. As an Ombuds, he works with organizations in education, legal services, entertainment, tech, and the conference / convention / festival sectors. During his legal career, Jon enjoyed working as a civil litigation and transactional attorney, which translated into him providing customer care that clients appreciated. Jon has now transitioned into full-time mediation, conflict resolution training, and ombuds work. Prior to working as an attorney and neutral, he worked in the entertainment industry in NY and LA in various capacities. Jon worked for a national plaintiff's mass tort litigation firm after graduating from law school. He then started his own practice in Boston, MA and Chicago, IL, where he represented clients in business, corporate, real estate and entertainment law cases.
