After serving as a mediator in more than 1,000 disputes and trying dozens of cases over 20 years as a litigator, Joe Eischens knows that compromise is tough, especially in the heat of battle that is litigation. Through 20+ years of tireless dedication to the litigation process, the mediators at EVMS bring the same rigorous energy and relentless commitment to their mediation practice. EVMS recognizes the value of thoughtful, and oftentimes passionate, dialogue in resolving civil disputes and strives to both engage and challenge parties during the mediation sessions.
