Kamran Shahabi represents parties on both sides of the fence relating to complex employment, labor, general liability, insurance, and business litigation. Kamran’s current trial practice primarily includes the representation of aggrieved employees and injured plaintiffs – and this coupled with Kamran’s vast experience in handling and representing defendants is an invaluable asset to his overall practice, and ability to effectively resolve claims. On the defense, those clients have included some of the world’s largest insurance carriers, governmental entities, Fortune 500 companies, several of California’s largest publicly-held and privately-held businesses, builders, real estate developers and contractors. In connection with the litigation practice, he also advises and represents a wide spectrum of London market insurers, reinsurers and intermediaries in all lines of insurance business. Kamran’s coverage practice includes knowledge and experience relating to the different types of insurance policies, their interpretation and application.
