Anne Marie O’Brien is a partner of Lamson Dugan & Murray and a member of the Firm’s litigation department. Anne's practice involves a multitude of disciplines in both tort and commercial practice areas. She has extensive experience in toxic tort, personal injury, and discrimination/sex abuse/ harassment law and litigation. She also has experience in transportation, products liability, insurance/subrogation/fire, commercial tort and business litigation, and contract and lease drafting and negotiation. Anne Marie is an author of the Firm’s Transportation Law Guide and co-author of the Nebraska Chapter in the Products Liability Desk Reference: A Fifty State Compendium published by Wolters Kluwer. She frequently teaches and advises other lawyers and industries on all aspects of litigation, toxic tort law, transportation law, and insurance/subrogation/fire issues at their seminars and meetings.
