Dr. Marin Smillov is certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Circuit Court Civil Mediator., and is a member of the International Law Section of the Florida Bar. Dr. Smillov is also a published author and a Professor of Philosophy at Santa Fe College in Gainesville, Florida. Dr. Smillov earned his MA and Ph.D. in philosophy from the University of Florida. For more than 20 years, he taught courses in Logic, Ethics, and Philosophy, and served on the boards of many national and international organizations. He is proficient in Bulgarian and Russian languages.
