Michael Fischetti is the founder and managing partner of the Fischetti Law Group. For more than two decades he’s worked in the state of Florida helping others with their Personal Injury claims and PIP (Personal Injury Protection) collections. Michael has mediated in excess of 900 cases in Broward, Miami-Dade, Palm Beach and Martin County in circuit court and county court cases. Michael graduated from the State University of New York with a major in Political Science, Criminal Justice, and Sociology. He then graduated from Nova Southeastern University in 2004. After passing the Florida Bar, he accepted the position with the Broward Public Defender’s Office, which gave him valuable experience in litigation. After serving as Partner with his previous firm, he founded Fischetti Law Group in order to continue offering his services throughout South Florida.
