Peggy Barnes has been mediating since 2005. The President of the United States gave her an award for Lifetime Contributions to the Community & the Nation. Her understanding of and respect for all types of people makes her uniquely qualified to be a mediator. Peggy Barnes has extensive experience helping people resolve problems as a professional mediator. Peggy’s background in Social Welfare and Human Rights through her work and volunteer activities gave her the experience working with all types of people. Peggy is also a hearing officer in Tenant Affairs.
