For more than four decades, Pete Cobb has represented industrial and manufacturing clients, public utilities, school boards, businesses, and insurance companies in litigation involving claims of personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, wrongful termination, property damage, and fraud. Pete has represented many such clients in employment-related matters involving workers' compensation injuries and retaliatory discharge claims. Defending clients in these types of cases, both in jury trials and in non-jury settings, has been the focus of Pete's practice. He has conducted mediations successfully in all of these type cases for over three decades.
