Phillip Ferderigos is certified as a Civil Mediator with the South Carolina Board of Arbitrator and Mediator Certification, as well as holds an AV Martindale-Hubbell rating, representing the highest level of professional excellence. He served as an editor of the 2015 South Carolina Bar Association Deposition Procedure Handbook, a concise reference manual of a deposition’s procedure in South Carolina. He practices in the areas of: Alternative dispute resolution and mediation, Personal Injury, Insurance defense, Products liability, Professional malpractice, Construction law, Insurance coverage, Workers’ compensation, Real estate and development, Toxic torts, Trucking and transportation, and Appellate practice. Prior to entering private practice, he served as an intern with the Honorable Robert S. Carr, Federal Magistrate Judge for South Carolina. Ferderigos also served as an adjunct professor at the Charleston School of Law, where he taught legal writing and research.
