Randall McCathren has more than forty years of experience in all areas of management consulting, litigation support, regulatory, compliance and financial analysis in the wholesale and retail vehicle financing and leasing fields. Randall is an approved Rule 32 Mediator with the TN Supreme Court and provides mediation through the Nashville Conflict Resolution Center. Additionally, Randall is a frequent expert witness, and has consulted for the Federal Reserve Board and National Credit Union Administration on leasing and lending regulatory issues. He designed a number of analytic software packages for lease pricing and evaluation of lease program performance and profitability.
