Based on a 35 year career as a business lawyer in New York City as well as extensive training and experience in the science and practice of mediation, Richard Lutringer, from offices in New York City and Southern California and online, now acts exclusively as a mediator. He is considered a go-to mediator for “business divorce” disputes among shareholders of small and mid-sized companies, including family-owned businesses. Richard is also experienced in complex corporate, commercial and family probate disputes. In addition to his strong corporate and commercial law experience as counsel, Richard has over 250 hours of advanced mediator training and is certified as a Family Business Advisor by the Family Firm Institute.
