Through mediation, complex legal disputes are often settled without going to trial, saving the involved parties time, money and much frustration. At Durham based Beason & Trehy Conflict Resolution, LLC, our neutrals have a combined 75 years plus experience solving disputes using successful mediation techniques. Since 1992, our firm has worked to help people throughout the country avoid the more adversarial process of courtroom litigation. After practicing law for twenty years with a concentration in representing individuals in civil, criminal and family disputes, Mr. Robert Beason began his ADR practice and is now solely devoted to mediation. He first started mediating family and community disputes in 1988 when he completed specialized domestic mediation training, but then trained as a superior court mediator in 1992, where he has since been involved in nearly three thousand disputes including complex, multi-party cases. This experience includes a broad range of subject matter areas including: Business / Commercial / Contracts, Employment / Workplace, Products Liability, Insurance, Personal Injury, Real Estate, Land Condemnation, Construction, Professional Liability, and Environmental.
