Robin Caral Shaw is a transactional attorney admitted to practice in Washington, D.C., Florida, and Pennsylvania. Experience as Division Counsel to Fortune 100 Company, FDA and IRS boutique law firm, art law and tax-exempt organization matters, currently limits practice to a broad range of corporate-business transactional clients, negotiation and mediation. Robin Caral Shaw was born and raised in New York City. After graduating cum laude from Brooklyn College, CUNY, Robin attended Fordham University School of Law and the Georgetown University Law Center, earning her Juris Doctor degree from Fordham in 1979. After practicing administrative, art, and tax law in Washington, D.C., Robin joined the Law Department of PPG Industries, Inc., a Fortune 100 Company, where she served as Counsel to the Credit and Collections Department and to the Art Acquisition Committee, eventually becoming Counsel to the Fiberglass Division. In 1998, Robin established her own practice in South Florida. As a Certified Circuit Civil, County, and Family Law Mediator and Qualified Arbitrator, Robin dedicates a substantial portion of her time to practicing, teaching, and advocating alternative dispute resolution.
