Brad Fraser has represented a wide variety of clients, primarily in the defense of liability claims and has devoted a portion of his practice to family law. His initial efforts are to solve issues efficiently and economically; however he is comfortable taking clients' issues to the various courts for resolution. He is licensed in Tennessee and Kentucky, and also admitted in the U.S. District Courts of Eastern and Middle Tennessee, and the U.S. District Court of Western Kentucky. Mr. Fraser is an Equity Member of the firm and has provided many years of defense litigation and mediation for clients in various areas. He has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America for Construction Law, and is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell, and is a Rule 31 Listed Mediator.
