Stephen French is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator with three decades of litigation experience in various areas of practice. As a mediator, he dedicates his time and skills assisting parties in identifying the salient and practical issues underlying each case with the determined goal of obtaining an amicable resolution. As an arbitrator, Stephen provides full attention and impartiality to each party’s presentation of facts and legal argument in rendering any decision. Stephen offers his experience and knowledge of trial practice to clients with the express goal of reaching settlement in an efficient and non-combative process. He draws from his years of representing clients in both Federal and State Court at the trial and appellate levels in a wide array of civil disputes involving: Contracts, Construction defects, Labor/employment, Civil rights, Personal injury, Real estate, Homeowners/Condominium Association, and Landlord/Tenant. Stephen was certified as a Circuit Court Mediator by the Florida Supreme Court in 2021 and now focuses his practice in this endeavor. Stephen has earned an AV rating from Martindale-Hubble, the highest designation granted for lawyers.
