Stephen Lobbin has a wide array of experience handling all aspects of intellectual property and business matters, including assisting clients with litigating matters involving IP rights and the full scope of business disputes, obtaining and registering IP rights, and negotiating licenses and other agreements concerning IP. Additionally, he is a skilled and experienced mediator and expert witness. Stephen believes strongly in the power of the ADR process, and that success requires a skilled mediator who is able provide a clearing for the parties to be truly heard.
