William C. Sussman is a real estate attorney and certified mediator serving the South Florida area, and a member of the U.S District Court for South Florida and the Middle District of Florida. Bill has practiced real property, mortgage, landlord/tenant, commercial, partnership, corporate and probate law. For many years, Bill has provided mediation and legal services to clients in the South Florida area in a wide variety of commercial & real estate matters. His extensive business experience as an attorney, businessman, and hard equity lender is an invaluable asset that has helped him in the negotiation & mediation of complex disputes, the workout of troubled loans and the mediation of all types of commercial disputes. He is a certified appellate mediator, having been in the inaugural class for this new mediator classification, and also a member of the Florida Bar Grievance Mediation, and Fee Arbitration Program.
