Ms. Zoe Cassotis knows mediation is increasingly becoming a common alternative to resolving civil disputes. They are private and confidential sessions that are held with disputing parties to attempt to achieve mutually accepted discussions and solutions. This forum, which is less formal and less adversarial than trial, allows for more flexible and quicker solutions, while preserving the relationship for future existence. Zoe has resolved many international and domestic business disputes amicably and peacefully, ranging from: Contract negotiation & termination; Business start-up, development and shut down; Real estate management; Tax resolution; Employee transition management. Zoe previously volunteered for Mahwah Township organizations, including the Digital Advisory Committee and Library Board of Trustees, where she previously served as Secretary and currently, as Vice President.
