With years of experience in conflict resolution, my vision has been to create a platform where individuals, communities, and organizations can find effective solutions to their conflicts. My background is steeped in the fields of mediation, somatic trauma therapy and community engagement. I hold a Master’s degree in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution from Columbia University’s School of Professional Studies. I strive to empower people of color to embrace conflict, difference and the healing of trauma as a means of sustaining interpersonal relationships.
