As an experienced commercial litigator with over 35 years of practice, I have represented clients in various commercial and business disputes, including landlord-tenant matters, real property disputes, contract disputes, employment disputes, partnership and corporate governance disputes, business torts, and non-compete litigation. In addition to my litigation experience, I am an accomplished appellate attorney, having handled numerous appeals in multiple district courts throughout Florida. Notably, I argued before an en banc panel of the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals in a precedent-setting case that established sufficient evidence on summary judgment. I have been a member of the Florida Bar since 1989. I am also licensed to practice before the District of Columbia Bar and all Federal Courts in Florida, including the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court. My accolades include recognition by Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers, and I hold an AV Rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
