Cassandra Koenig founded Aloha Divorce with a simple yet powerful belief—divorce and prenuptial agreements can be handled with compassion, dignity, and respect. Inspired by the Hawaiian concept of “aloha,” meaning love, peace, and mutual respect, she helps clients navigate major life transitions with clarity and confidence. A California Bar member and certified Co-Parenting Specialist & Mediator, Cassandra has built a practice focused on amicable divorces, premarital agreements, mediation, and co-parenting solutions. With a background in psychology and economics, her approach blends legal expertise with emotional intelligence, ensuring solutions that protect both finances and family dynamics. Known for her calm, strategic approach, Cassandra is a skilled negotiator who helps clients find creative solutions before resorting to litigation. She has international legal experience, including studying constitutional law in France under Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, and has dedicated time to pro bono work, assisting families in need. Outside the office, Cassandra enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and adventuring with her two rescue dogs, Kaia and Kona. At Aloha Divorce, she is redefining family law—showing that divorce doesn’t have to be a battle, but a new beginning.
