While his principal office is just minutes from the Galleria and Greenway Plaza, David is available to assist parties throughout the United States and also provides online mediation services. With over 25 years of legal experience in civil litigation, consumer and business bankruptcy, David mediates and arbitrates all types of matters, including business, bankruptcy, civil, commercial, employment, insurance, personal injury, and family law. As an arbitrator, David regularly presides over a diverse variety of complex matters including taxation, disability rights, consumer law, medical billing, and securities. He is a frequent speaker at continuing legal education seminars throughout Texas and has authored dozens of legal education articles on a multitude of topics, including bankruptcy and mediation.

Prior to becoming a mediator, David represented parties in the courtroom and in mediation, so he understands the viewpoint from all four corners of the mediation table. The diversity of David’s experience in representing state agencies, individual consumers, bankruptcy trustees, and financial institutions, has provided him with a unique perspective and the ability to understand the concerns that are unique to the various vantage points of each party in the legal process.
