Alan M. Dubow has been practicing law in New York since 1981. He was admitted to practice law in the State of New York, the Southern and Eastern District Courts of New York and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. Alan has focused his career as a Litigator in the practice areas of Matrimonial Law, Domestic Relations, Family Law, Complex Commercial and Real Estate litigation matters as well as transactional Business Law for over forty years. In recent years, Alan has developed a specialty in Matrimonial Law as a trained Collaborative Attorney and Mediator. These areas have allowed Alan to offer clients an alternative to litigating matrimonial matters in court, thereby empowering clients to control the manner in which they resolve their domestic disputes by working together as a team.
