As a workplace mediator, I help employers resolve workplace conflict in a convenient, timely and cost effective way. In additional to workplace disputes involving discrimination, harassment and retaliation, I also mediate employee relations issues such as respect, communication, inter-personal conflict, management styles, clarity of roles, expectations, boundaries, authority, workplace behavior, and the overall health of the organization. My practice includes both legal and non-legal matters. My services are available virtually and in the Washington DC metro area.
