Chuck Hill is a results-oriented, facilitative mediator, known to employ warmth and understanding of the conflict the parties may be enduring. Chuck is a trained and approved Family and Civil mediator by the Tennessee Supreme Court under its rigorous Rule 31 Listing requirements. Chuck has worked extensively with both married and unmarried parents to resolve divorce and parenting matters, as well as facilitated many landlord/tenant disputes through the Fair Housing Council of Orange County, CA, the Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency in Nashville, and a variety of civil cases in both those states. Chuck is an accomplished TN “Rule 31 Listed”, non-attorney mediator authorized to practice in Tennessee and California. He received his academic training in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the University of California, has written extensively on facilitative mediation, and has published numerous articles. In 2024, Chuck was appointed by the Tennessee Supreme Court to a second three-year term as a commissioner on the Tennessee Alternative Dispute Resolution Commission. Additionally, he is certified as an Online Mediation Specialist with the prestigious International Mediation Institute (IMI).
