Eugene K. Hollander is a principal of The Law Offices of Eugene K. Hollander. Mr. Hollander’s practices in the representation of management and individuals in all phases of employment litigation, including contract interpretation, matters before the state, federal and appellate courts, including breaches of employment contracts, employee handbook issues, claims of sexual harassment, sexual discrimination, age discrimination claims, lawsuits brought under the Americans With Disabilities Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act.
