She has OVER 25 YEARS experience in the construction industry as a Program and Construction Management professional. In addition to being a licensed Professional Engineer and a General Contractor, Grace holds an Executive MBA degree in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s degree in Engineering Management. The combination of her engineering and construction experience gives her a complete and well-balanced understanding of the building process. Grace has a deep understanding of technical terms, engineering and claims analysis principles and has resolved hundreds of construction disputes and potential claims.
