As a mediator and arbitrator, John draws on his nearly 40 years as a practicing lawyer handling complex healthcare and commercial matters. John litigated numerous challenging business and commercial cases in state and federal courts, arbitration proceedings, and government investigations and enforcement actions, trying nearly two dozen trials and arbitrations to judgment. He has participated in dozens of mediations as counsel and as a mediator, and brings to the mediation process both his years of broad experience and specialized focus in healthcare and commercial disputes. In addition to serving as a mediator and arbitrator, John is also retained by clients and their counsel to provide neutral evaluations of their cases and to serve as settlement counsel, either in a consulting role or in direct negotiations and mediations.
