Cody Wayne Foote graduated with an electrical engineering degree in 1971, from Auburn University, and then received his law degree from the Jones School of Law in 1978. His private practice has proudly served the Auburn, Opelika, and surrounding areas, since 1979. He is active in community affairs and is a member of the Lee County and Alabama Bar Associations. Cody practices law in the Middle District of Alabama, eastern division, which includes the following counties: Chambers, Lee, Macon, Randolph, Russell, and Tallapoosa. We are here to help with your family law needs and are dedicated to helping our clients find the best possible solution, whether contested or uncontested divorces, modifications to a finalized divorce, as well as working out child support arrangements outside of a divorce situation.
