Divorce Transition and Recovery Coach

Mediator · SPHR, SCP

As a dedicated Divorce Transition and Recovery Coach I help my clients navigate the challenges of separation and divorce that can often feel overwhelming. You don’t have to go through this alone. With empathy and understanding, I am here to guide you through each stage of divorce. First, marriage doesn’t have to end in divorce. In the pre-divorce stage, I help people like you think through your needs and values and how they may be similar or different from those of your spouse. Once the divorce petition has been filed, whether by you or by your spouse, I’m here to support you through the “messy middle.” During this phase, I help people like you process their feelings as well as how those feelings are expressed based on your experiences in the world. I help clients manage conflict within themselves, and how they respond to their spouse. Divorce doesn’t have to be contentious; but often couples fight for their overlapping needs to be met which leads to conflict. I also help prepare you for some of the document requests that will be made of you during the divorce process so that you can mentally prepare for the heavy lifting and provide encouragement along the way. Once the divorce is complete, clients often find themselves at a crossroads in life. Here, I assist clients as they consider the future. Based on the individual needs of my client, I help them think through financial wellness, career changes, and personal performance.
